Thank you for choosing Y.U. Drive Rentals. We strive to provide excellent service and transparency for all of our customers and partners. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:




Subscriptions & Services


Your subscription or service plan renews automatically based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).

You may upgrade or downgrade your service plan at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for downgrades or cancellations during an active billing cycle.

If you choose to cancel your service, please notify us at least 15 days before your renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.




Cancellations


Cancellations must be submitted via email to [[email protected]].

Cancellation requests made mid-billing cycle do not qualify for refunds for the remaining term.

Y.U. Drive Rentals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.




Fraudulent Activity


Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior — including misuse of the system or unauthorized removal of required branding — may be suspended or terminated without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases.




7-Day No Obligation Trial (If Applicable)


If a free 7-day trial is offered, it applies only to new customers.

During the trial period, you may cancel at any time without being charged.

If you do not cancel by the end of the 7 days, your account will automatically transition to the paid plan selected during signup.




No Refund Policy


Please note:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once services have been purchased, including mid-month cancellations.
